Associate Director of Strategy at MRM// McCann

Kayla Varcoe is an Associate Director of Strategy at MRM//McCann, responsible for designing impactful, integrated, and measurable strategies. Most recently, she launched a multi-touch, trigger-based handraiser communication cadence with 488 unique creative outputs across 19 nameplates for Chevrolet, established an advanced demand generation strategy for Tempur Sealy International’s Tempur-Pedic brand, developed in depth customer journey map for Electrolux’s Frigidaire brand and provided strategic support for Anheuser-Busch’s digital presence across multiple brands including Bud Light, Hoegaarden and Stella Artois. Prior to that, she worked as a Global Strategist at Commonwealth//McCann in Detroit and was responsible for implementing data driven consumer insights and creating strategic POVs for Chevrolet’s global campaigns and nameplates. Kayla graduated from New York University with Honors in Psychology and Business. She was a Collegiate Research Scholar and recipient of NYU Dean’s Undergraduate Research Fund and Banco Santander International Scholarship. Kayla is a member on the Leaders For Kids Advisory Board to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation, and also volunteers for CATCH, Sparky Anderson’s charity for children benefiting Children’s Hospital and Henry Ford Hospital. Kayla enjoys traveling more than most, and makes jetsetting her number one priority while out of office.
