
Milan P. Gandhi is a distinguished leader in the field of business development and strategic partnerships with deep roots in the Metro Detroit area. He completed his early education at Detroit Country Day School before earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Applied Mathematics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where he served on the
Michigan Student Assembly as an elected representative of the College of Engineering.
In his role as the leader of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for Med-Share, Mr. Gandhi has established himself as a dynamic marketer and tireless networker. He has successfully driven sales for his family-owned Mobile Diagnostic Imaging business by forging strategic alignments with key physician networks and independent medical groups. Under his leadership, Med-Share has maintained a robust 40-year track record of exceptional customer service and tailored service delivery methods. Mr. Gandhi is also spearheading initiatives within the Medical Practice Management division, partnering with individual physicians and physician groups to enhance profitability. His straightforward yet effective approach to managing operations and revenue cycles offers a compelling solution for physicians seeking to alleviate day-to-day operational burdens.
Mr. Gandhi is actively engaged in the broader business community, serving on the Board of Directors for the National Small Business Association. He is a past Chairman of the Board for the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM) and currently holds the position of Board Chair for the SBAM Political Action Committee, as well as being a member of the SBAM Foundation Board. Mr. Gandhi also serves as the Chairman of the Northville Township Planning Commission.
In addition, Mr. Gandhi has played an advisory role in Governor Gretchen Whitmer's campaigns in both 2018 and 2022, contributing as a member of the Finance Committee. During 2020-2021, he was appointed to the Michigan Economic Recovery Council (MERC), where he provided strategic guidance on business and employment policy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Gandhi also serves as a board member for several organizations, including Reliance HMO Insurance Company, the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, the Council of Ethnic Chambers of Commerce,and Leaders for Kids, which supports the Children's Hospital of Michigan.
